So, Im thinking about getting an electric smoker next year to go with the Pro Q and Brinkmann. I have pretty much discounted the Bradley and was leaning towards a Green Mountain Grill...but now that the WiFi model is out in the US, I dont want to fork out a load of cash on an obsolete model in a couple of years time. Does anyone have any views on this smoker? My first concern is that there is only one dealer in the UK (same as GMG) and that it would be a six hour round trip to just view the thing. My second concern is that there is no real temperature control, just a dial set up.
