So Im usually the one who makes a bale. In fact, when I start my shift a bale almost always has to be made because apparently no one else can. (I honestly wonder what happens on my day off) Anywho, one department in particular gets pissed because I dont dump their cardboard for them after Ive emptied the baler. Why you might ask? Well its simple, because they always expect someone else to just do it for them. Aside from one person, they just leave the shit tons of boxes (none of them broken down either) lying all about the back room until someone picks it up for them or tells them to go clean it up. Id be fine if I was in the middle of making a bale and they asked hey, would you mind putting this in after youre done? Id be all like, No problem, thanks for asking. But no, the just leave it sitting there, even when the thing is totally empty. Today alone, 3 carts of their cardboard and whatever else was on the floor. Most of it was after I hauled the bale away. I could understand if they were constantly busy with things like some of the departments, but more often than not, I see theyre doing nothing. Just standing around like idiots. One time I saw them fill up a cart with cardboard, had a crap ton of damaged on the bottom and just left it right where it was in the aisle. They just went back to their station and stood there talking. I know that Im probably being childish, but Im sick of having to pick up slack for other people when they feel entitled.
