So Ive been waiting 10 days for my student loan since it was released, and because its supposed to take 7-10 days I decided to give them a call and make sure everything is okay; turns out I owe them $20 in interest and theyre holding my loan until I pay that off. $20. I had no idea either. I asked them if I was supposed to receive a letter or anything telling me about this $20 payment, and she told me We dont do letters.. So I was just supposed to know about it telepathically? Or do they just expect people to call in /eventually/ when they run out of money and still have no funding? So now I have to pay them, and then start the 7-10 days of waiting all over again. Wouldve been great to know about this two weeks ago. Great.
