So Jaycee Boultinghouse and I are on our way home. I see her ahead - TopicsExpress

So Jaycee Boultinghouse and I are on our way home. I see her ahead of me at the stop light. She heads up the hill towards home. About 1/4 mile from our turn off the highway I come across a woman that was rear ended at 50mph on the highway. Jaycee watched it happen in her rearview window and I stumbled across the wreck that happened seconds before I got there. One off those situations youre sooo grateful that its not your child thats injured and then realize the difference between her life experience and mine is that shes shocked at what just happened, and really not knowing what she should do. And then Im already into rescue mode once I recognize this just happened and utilizing the skills Ive been trained to do and think NOTHING of it. Fortunately looked more like an acute concussion and not anything life altering. Just a curious observation of how lifes training and experiences can represent 2 very different responses. And how the chapters of our lives shape us into responding to situations based on what weve learned along the way.
