So John Edwards is back in the courtroom, trying to destroy doctors lives again- trying to prove that it is always the medical professions fault when there is injury, brain damage,etc. to a patient. This is where things need to change! If people could not get the enormous amounts of money when suing in America, malpractice insurance premiums would not to be so high, hence insurance for us and the spiral continues. Things that make me go hmmmm.......
