So KQ maintains direct flights to Ebola-stricken cities while ALL other airlines have stopped theirs... :-O Does KQ understand that in the event (GOD FORBID!!!) that the disease makes it to Kenya THEY WILL BE SQUARELY TO BLAME?!! Is making money and profits more important than the safety and well-being of this our beautiful nation Kenya??? So one may argue that they have placed screening and security measures at the airport to ensure our safety...SO DID NIGERIA AND LOOK WHERE THAT HAS GOTTEN THEM??? A Kenyan recently jetted in from Liberia and only learnt about the screening at the airport in the comfort of his couch at home watching the news i.e. HE WAS NOT SCREENED AT ALL!!! As the adage goes, Prevention IS BETTER than Cure and with the track record our medical industry has (no offence to our medics who work tirelessly to ensure the well-being of the nation with very minimal facilities and poor remuneration...KUDOS TO YALL!) can we really risk an epidemic of such EPIC PROPORTIONS in this country... :-O KENYA AIRWAYS PLEASE BE SERIOUS!!!! Do not gamble with the lives of Kenyans in the name of capitalising on profits and hiding behind the guise of screening at the airport, stop these flights and PROTECT THIS COUNTRY...
