Thinking that was not a good sign. Thursday, the Bank/Seller contacted my Real Estate Investment Agent and asked about some clarification on some of the stipulations of the offer I made on Monday!!!! This is a very good indication that the seller is still considering my offer!!!! Wooooo hooooo! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE keep your fingers crossed! How much fun it would be to flip this property?
