So... My turkey turned out great! ..... Even though I cooked it upside down, lol. I made real Hawaiian macadamia nut stuffing from scratch with all fresh ingredients (no box crap), fresh yams cooked with fresh pineapple, and fresh green beans cooked in bacon (Okie style) to go with it. The only snag (other than the upside down turkey) was I tried to replicate Eleanors mashed potatoes without a recipe or instructions and used sweetened condensed milk. ARGH! I had to make another batch my way, lol.
