So Verizon will replace the modem they installed which is their equipment (which I thought was their problem instead of mine) for either a) $150 which comes with a 3 month warranty or b) $3.79/mo for 10 months which includes a warranty for those 10 months. The math of these two options is making my head hurt! Are there any people out there that can math better than me to figure out why anyone would want to go with option A? a) $150 + 3 month warranty b) < $40 + 10 month warranty Go home, Verizon!
