So, Zenith Insurance, after YOU cancelled my husbands car - TopicsExpress

So, Zenith Insurance, after YOU cancelled my husbands car insurance policy, because you had not received his proof of NCD, you have the unmitigated gall to send a letter, and I quote, WARNING - OUTSTANDING BALANCE, signed, in theory, by the Managing Director of the Financial Management and Recovery Team. Your letter says that as he cancelled the policy, he has to pay the sum of £92.48 in fees (due for cancelling the policy before the end of the contract). YOU CANCELLED THE DAMN INSURANCE, not my husband, not me. Does this mean you owe me the fees, for the inconvenience of my having to find him a different insurer. I will be referring this letter to Watchdog and other consumer affairs organisations. I believe the term is that you are demanding money with menace.
