So a friend shared this with me. Or I should say a soon to be EX-FRIEND! Im really nervous. What if I cant finish it? Heres the plan! 7 stations, 1 minute each Spider-man pushups Bicycle Crunches Squat Jumps Leg Raises Ski Jumps Tricep Dips Mountain Climbers ROUND ONE. All of those moves one minute each MID ROUND Cycle! 100 Meter Dashes separated by burpees (10 after the 1st 100, 9 after the second) etc. Round TWO! All those moves above, one minute each again! MID ROUND Cycle! 45 s each of the following: Front Plank, Side Plank EACH SIDE) Russian Twist, V Crunch I have no idea what snowman crunches are, so Im substituting for a full body crunch, and plank pushups. ROUND THREE! All 7 moves above for 1 minute each again! I have no idea how long this will all take, I have a feeling I will need an ambulance afterward. Will let you know how it goes.
