So a little over 7 years ago I started at a small company called Plateau as a measly administrative assistant with only my high school degree. In 7 years Ive gotten my associates degree, my company has been bought out twice and now is a 65k plus employee company. Within this company my name is known and on communications because today marked a huge milestone that I supported and got launched with an amazing team. Today we went live with our learning management system corporate wide. There were many long nights, a trip to Germany, having a child and working on maternity leave and at times I thought I cant do this... well I did! So glad to have been a huge part in this success at SAP... so I will pat myself on the back for this and brag on Facebook! From the bottom to the top (well not yet but close)... From a measly administrative assistant to a expert in LMS and a Cloud Solution Manager seems like a great accomplishment.. as my boss said to me today for those with degrees, success sometimes happens faster but drive and persistence, and passion can also make it happen and you have that!
