So.. a little trip down memory lane. Red Cell Lust. First released on Born/Evolve/Progress//2 and later on their second album Lead Or Follow. PROCD017. I remember getting home around like 3 in the night.. a little bit drunk after a night out with some friends. Checking my mail and there it was. The track from Red Cell for the BEP//2 comp. I downloaded and played it... and i was stunned... completely stunned. It was a HUGE step from their early album Hybrid Society which was more guitarbased. I was granted with a much cleaner vocals from Jimmy Jönsson and the melodies from Stefan Aronsson and Per Linnerblad was just breathtaking. I listened AGAIN and AGAIN... and AGAIN..... It was just pure magic. I still rate this as one of my fav. Red Cell tracks. And the feeling of hearing it the first time... in the state of mind i was in.... well, i will NEVER forget it. / Torny Gottberg. Progress Productions.
