So about a month ago this beautiful dog came wandering into work, she was soaked and battered like she had just been hit by a car, than beared the previous nights storm out in the element, I fed her smoked fish, and gave her water, in between bites of fish, and laps of water she would take a break to give me kisses, I tried to lift her into my car to take her home, (where I cannot have large dogs) but she was just too heavy and afraid of my car. Today while standing outside at work I looked over at the gas station and saw the sweet dog, that I called Kujo, frail and sooooo much skinnier than the first time I saw her, I ran over to her and sat on the ground to hug and kiss her, and let her know that I had food and water for her, she was just too tired to move:( so I went in the gas station to ask Squillace Haugen if she was homeless, Squillace told me she was, a man and women overheard us and the man came out and said he would give her a home!! A minute later a women came out and tried to give me a 20 for taking care of my Kujo, saying she was an animal lover too and wanted to help with the cost of feeding the homeless darling huge dog, I gave her her 20 back and excitedely told her that the dog wouldnt be homeless anymore, I held back my tears and gave my Kujo one last hug and kiss before running back to work to cry my last tears for her, only these ones were tears of joy, the sweet kind giant dog I couldnt help with a home had found her person!! There are some good people left in the world :)
