So about that idea I had last week…💡 The one I tried to dismiss then couldn’t get off my mind... I haven’t been *this* excited about something in a hot minute! Next month makes FIVE months without any processed sugar for me. It was so hard at first (especially since I did it by myself). I remember the very first time I went off all processed sugar, I lost 12 lbs in TWO WEEKS. That’s pretty much an entire size for me! Beyond that, I felt amazing, had more energy and my thoughts were clearer. 👌 I get messages all the time about how to quit processed sugar (yes, I still eat fruit!), and then it hit me: OMG. I need to run an online 21 Day Sugar-Free group! Basically, if you struggle with any of the following, this private group might be for you: - Hardcore cravings for cookies, candy, CAKE, ice cream, etc., that get worse into the evening. - You start eating any of the foods listed above, telling yourself you will only have a couple bites, and then completely gorge yourself and feel guilty afterwards. - Lack energy, and have a major crash in the afternoons. - Think about sugary foods way more than you should. In fact, you might even get excited about going to certain events just for the sweets that will be there. - Joint stiffness & pain (which can be caused by inflammation in the body, which is caused by sugar!). - Despise the power that junk food has over you, and know you are ready to be IN CONTROL. This group will be a first of its kind, and will be a PiYo only group, starting August 18th. I’m looking for only 10 WOMEN who are ready to join me and BREAK their SUGAR ADDICTION. I will be selective, as I need people who are committed, because Im going to be teaching a lot about all my tips and tricks, labels, etc. This group isnt about what youll be losing, but what youll be GAINING. The only thing youll be losing is weight. ;) I am proof it can be done – in fact, my boyfriend ate CHOCOLATE CAKE in front of me at lunch today, and it didnt even phase me, LOL. Theres actually still half a cake left in the fridge that has never been touched by me.✊ Once the cravings are gone, it’s amazing how 💚FREE💚 you feel!
