So according to the post office chairman Ramsey and Douglas post office was haemorrhaging money to the tune of 1/2 million pound. So was this suddenly a surprise or did they know this when they moved the post office in the Courthouse with the massive fanfare that it was the hub of the community and quite rightly sits in the centre of the regeneration area. Just who was responsible for this? Surely of Ramsey has lost £250k in last year it must have been losing 3 years ago. Where was the 5 year plan? More to the point, what is the plan now? Who has expressed an interest in this listed building? Will we be seeing it sold off in the not too distant future?
