So after a brief discussion with a friend over some Disney movies origins, I decided to dig a little deeper into the 18th century books that sparked the movies. Prepare for everything you loved about Disney movies to be destroyed. Sleeping Beauty was in fact in a deep sleep but instead of being awoken by true loves kiss, shes was actually raped by a married king, who impregnanted her wjth twins. She was awoken after one of the twins sucks the flax splinter out of her finger. The wife attempted to have her murdered and hanged. The king eventually left the queen and married sleeping beauty. Cinderella- the step sisters cut their own toes off to fit the slipper. However it was reported to the prince and neithet were found to be the owners. After it was discovered to be cinderella, the step sisters showed at the wedding only to have their eyes pecked out by birds. Cinderella also killed her step mother by slamming her head in a chest/trunk which crushed and broke her neck. Pinnochi was suposedly abused bt Gepeddo and he was jailed. Pinnocio actually killed Jiminy Cricket. The little mermaid- everything was accurate until it came to marrying the prince. He married someone else. She killed herself. Peter Pan- he was a psychotic who killed the Lost Boys either when they got to old for Peters liking or when there were overpopulated for Peters liking. Mulan- killed herself to avoif becoming a concubine Peter Piper- not only rid the town of rats but he drowned kids too Red Ridinghood- eaten by the wolf. There wasnt really a grandmother. The wolf lied to her to make her think so and then he ate her Sorry but I think the sick and twisted better than the Disney variations :)
