So after thinkin of givin up on this figure buildin dream due to pain and how strict i have to be with diet and exercise i decided to confide in one of most important people in my life today ,my nanny. My nanny has late stages of alzehimers and rarely talks so i asked her should i keep goin and follow my dream or give up today ,she turns to me today and gives me a definate yes(which is rare)and catches my baby finger and squeezes it so hard.
