So… as promised, and by request…. My Transformation Tuesday may have come a day late, but I honestly just want to make sure this serves YOU, so it took me a minute. ;) I was able to lose 12.5 pounds and several inches with following the 21 Day Fix program. So…lets just put it like this: it takes about 21 consistent days to create a new habit and/or break a habit. I had a BAD habit of not paying close enough attention to my food portions. This program FIXED my bad habit and helped me to create NEW, healthier habits. The biggest thing…learning the portions and proportions. The workouts are great: short, wham-bam-thank-you-maam, and effective. AND, all that I have learned continues on with me as I make healthier choices everyday. I truly believe this is something anyone can do and can work for them. I want to make it a personal mission of mine to help you work through the program.
