So been in hospital now for 2 days, and would just like to thank everyone for the messages and well wishes that have been sent my way. I have been admitted for pain management as the pain associated with this bastard disease has been too much to take in recent weeks and it all came to breaking point yesterday. I am determined to not let this define who I am and am fighting it all the way, even though there is no cure (at present), the best myself & other sufferers can hope for is control. I can expect to be in for a bit until my pain is at a level where I can go home & eventually get myself out and about doing things I like to do, like being at home with Maggie & kids on the couch watching tele.
