So, child-in-hot-car-death #20 was today in Utah... I am not sure I completely understand what is quite wrong with people? Weve been hearing of tragedies for weeks, are these people so forgetful they dont remember their children in the car? Or are they purposely ridding themselves of a child they do not want for whatever reason? Either way, I just do not get it. I took Foster out today (cause he is my child) I made three stops. I tried to park away from other vehicles, because I left my windows down, so there was a breeze for him. Top time I was away from him, 10 minutes. He has a water dish in the truck. Typically I burst his bubble if I know I will be in someplace for too long and tell him he cannot come, I tell him its just too hot for Fosters to go. He gives me puppy eyes and a guilt trip and I go, feeling horrible that he cannot come, but glad he is home safe and not dying in a hot vehicle.
