So during my workout I couldnt help but think about the holidays. The weight gain and how much people spend on presents. Many people always complain how unhappy they or they never want to invest in their health but they are so quick to spend hundreds of dollars on shoes, purses, TVs, perfumes and random things! Hello people wake up! Those things fade away! Your HEALTH will last longer than all of those if you take care of it! How about this year ask for the gift of health! You DESERVE happiness! It will be hard work but reaching your goals is such a great thing anyone can do! #rantover Boom another workout done! Now time for work!
