So.... everyone must know by now how i was saying CAS was taking their sweet time signing the settlement agreement of their involvement...My worker came yesterday.... and said the reason why it has not been signed yet is because she wasnt the one at the court date and didnt know what happened.... Is this true? I thought CAS lawyer was supposed to inform my worker of what happened in court.... and in that case... why have another worker come and take your place in the court room, if this happens again can I make a request with my lawyer to have a court date set ONLY if my worker shows up and can it be set in motion that if she misses three more court dates that the file is addressed and closed on my lawyers accord and assumed she no longer has the following conditions on that settlement agreement ( obviously have to get it approved by the judge) I want my file closed....and it wont be until six months EXACTLY after the date they sign it .... honestly i am so fed up... I cannot wait that long.
