So excited to announce Almost Famous the Saturday night event on Feb 28 at the WPPI convention in Vegas next month! For the first time, WPPI will celebrate other talents of its members against a backdrop of their photography. Whether it be the gift of song, dance, playing an instrument or any entertaining talent, WPPI members are invited to strut their stuff in front of a live audience for a fun, entertaining and inspirational night. Hosted by yours truly and proudly supported by Triple Scoop Music, this will be for the perfect introduction to your 2015 WPPI experience! The showcase will be followed by a Triple Scoop Music artist for a night of fun and dancing the night away. How to audition? If you would like to be considered as a performer of WPPIs Almost Famous event, all you have to do is submit a fun and creative video of your audition on Youtube with the title, WPPI 2015 Almost Famous Audition by [first name, last name]. Once you have posted your video, email WPPI director Jason Groupp at Jason.Groupp@Emeraldexpo WPPIs staff will hand pick their favorite auditions to showcase their talent. Remember, you will be performing in front of hundreds of people and your photography and alternative talent must thrill the audience! Entries must be submitted by January 30 for consideration.
