So excited to be taking over the T TH 8:30PM slot at Bryan Kests Power Yoga. I spent many many nights in that room back when I was a young yogi going through some soul searching. Very grateful to be following in the footsteps of Ali Owens and Vytas Yoga. This class is donation-based and I will be playing live music at the end of every class.
