So, follow with me: in the early 70s, Bell Helicopter produced a custom batch of 50 twin-engine Huey helicopters for the Canadian Forces. In 1996, they were retired from Canadian service, and then sold to the U.S. in 1999. In the same year, the US turned around and sold the same helos to the Colombian Army and National Police. Of those helicopters, at least 2 have since been captured by cartel drug lords and employed to combat both Colombian governmental forces *and* American D.E.A. forces loaned to help. I bet that makes you think the history of your used car is pretty tame.
