So glad that I buy my meat from a small, local meat market in my area whose owners I have known for about 20 years. They are getting pushed around now by State inspectors because they wont spray their meat with a vinegar solution (supposedly to reduce the chance of eboli) because their customers know they dont put any additives in their meats. I rarely eat out in a restaurant anyway as its much cheaper to eat at home. I know what Im cooking and that it has been prepared correctly.
