So heres a little side project for the holidays. Its the rough physical sketch of a budget home made woodfired oven. The brief Ive set myself is like this: 1/. Must be made entirely from reclaimed materials 2/. Must cost less than $200 to build 3/. Must bake twelve loaves at a time 4/. Must do a decent job of it. This little oven will be the family oven, small, quick to heat, but capable of baking continuously if needed. Should be fun! Ill keep you posted.
