So heres a question for all the members here. I see many pics here of delivery trucks, 5 tons, Cube vans, ect. Do these people belong on this wall of shame? The reason I dont think so is for a couple of reasons, 1) generally believe most of those vehicles cant fit inside painted lines and the drivers of them pretty much have to use up two spots, or park out of the way of the rest (which often gets posted here too) 2) these people generally are in and out of their deliveries within a few minutes and 3) if they are not working, do they not deserve to eat too? Is it their fault their vehicle is larger and cant fit in a stall designed for a smart car? I have even noticed these days sometimes stores paint these lines too thin to maximize their parking spaces, even when everyone is parked correct, it can be tight. But for a UPS van or an in-city delivery truck stopping, I think its a bit unfair to paint them with that brush of shame. I think delivery people should get a pass, and for the record I have an office job and have never been posted here. At least not as an offender. :) What do you think?
