So heres the situation- I didnt want to post this publicly out of embarrassment, but its been pointed out that the landlord COUNCILWOMAN MARY FELTON needs to be embarrassed not me. Shes the slum lord who didnt fix my leaking walls and now as you see theres mold which is the reason the kids and I have kept getting sick. Found this in September. As of October 8 she was granted an eviction on failure to appear BUT I WAS THERE AND TOLD I WOULDNT SEE A JUDGE TO PAY THE COURT 450 BY TOMORROW & GO TO COURT 10/22, OR THE SHERIFF WILL BE HERE WEDNESDAY. I showed the pictures but was told to file in small claims court. Now were probably going to a shelter if I can find one with an opening. I was told to go public because she does this regularly to tenants and keeps getting away with it cause of her connections in Gary politics. She has even been so bold as to state to me that she can do what she wants because of her political position. PLEASE SHARE THIS SO IT GOES VIRAL! SHE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED OR ITLL KEEP HAPPENING!
