So heres the thing. I am aware that I cant prove there are no deities, but I am also aware that you cannot prove that there are. The thing is you cannot prove a negative. I cant prove to you there are no deities because the evidence for deities isnt there to test. But you cant assert there are without evidence to support your claim. Faith, personal experiences, and feelings are not evidence because the human mind very easily be tricked. Believing in something without evidence to back up that belief is plane and simple ignorance. I can wake up from a dream feeling like the assailant that pursued me therein is still after me, but in reality, it is not. To continue thinking so after the fact is ludicrous.
