So heres the thing, baseball-(American) football-basketball-America...theres something the WORLD treasures--more than their jobs, their families, and life itself, on some levels. This thing can lift Japan from the depths of a Tsunami to a nation of happiness. This thing comes with drums that resonate so loudly in Mexico, Africans tap their foot with pride. People can take part in this whether they wear $340 cleats, or no shoes at all. This thing has the exact same rules whether youre male or female--YET can be COMPLETELY different if you are an Italian, as opposed to a Brazilian. This thing can be the cruelest, most heartless lover youve ever been with--suckering you in with 89min of passion, and spitting you back out in 1 moment of reality. But with its pure tame beauty, can turn the most unlikeliest of heroes, into the savior of an entire Country--or way of life in that land--leaving you with nothing but respect for your opponent, in spite of personal despair.
