So how did everyone go with Sugar Free September? I went well until the last day when I was sent some really nice dark chocolate... lol!! But now Im on the GAPS protocol intro phase (for healing the gut), so the only sugar Ill be having for a few weeks is a tiny bit of honey in my ginger tea! Think of me while you eat your chocolate... sigh. (No cacao for a while either! I hope I survive!! ;) ) Apparently in about 2 weeks time I will be feeling much more awesome and ready to take on the world... ha ha! ;) Id love to hear about your experiences with reducing your sugars, changing over to unrefined sweeteners, or cutting out sugar altogether! Please share!
