So i keep getting these payment receipts (along with FULL account number and cell phone numbers) from Rogers Wireless. They need to implement an email authentication system so customers dont end up giving their info to strangers. You cant even call them to change the email associated with an account (Ive tried their online and telephone support). Their suggestion? Contact the customer myself. HA! PS: How in the world can you rack up a $400 wireless bill every month?
