So, im thinking about leaving one of my jobs. Why, because the hours are from 3-11 and im gone all day away from my son, and its really hitting me since he started school. I wanna be the one to pick him up and ask him how his day went and help him with his homework, and cook his dinner. Im a mother before anything and I love and cherish my son dearly! So Id rather dedicate myself to my son and be there for him and not miss out on all of these precious moments than to give all my time to this workplace.....What would you do??
