So, it was a very interesting and awesome weekend!! (actually last week has been pretty awesome!!) Thursday had margarita’s and watched Blades of Glory with Cori and she actually laughed at Will Ferrell!! :O Then on Friday got to hang out with Josephina and have margarita’s and then go to the old car show in Ne Mar… Then Saturday went to the graduation Pow Wow with my husband (Mike), daughter (LeeAnn) and both Josie and Cori.. Got to be honored with a medallion from RSU NASA (for native american’s not space! Lol)… Daughter got honored right next to me and we got to dance on the floor during an honor song… one of the most special and amazing things I have gotten to experience with my daughter!! Not only being both honored as graduating this year, but both of us experienced our first time “dancing” in a pow wow and it was us together!! I hope she knows how special this was for me to have her next to me!!! Then later there was more laughs and fun with Cori, Josie and Lauren!! Didn’t get home till 2 Sunday morning, but was still up at 7:00 AM to help out with Special Day of Care (a big event that Psi Chi does for the women in the domestic abuse shelter)… It was amazing getting to help all those ladies Sunday!! So yea, that was my weekend with my family!!!
