So its official, our house is falling down around us! There is a leak in pipes so the boiler doesnt work and they need to rip up the floors to find it. The main outer wall is screwed and is leaking water into our walls making them damp and causing mould, which apparently is black mound and very unsafe, oh and the next door neighbours toilet system is broken so is leaking the water into our bedroom floor boards, causing a nasty smell and oh........ MORE DAMP AND MOULD!!!
