So just finished training today I trained my back and it went like this ... Machine pullovers - 2 warm up with 35 kg/60 kg and one all out set of 70 kg for 9 reps Close grip pull down - 1warm up with 38 kg and one set to failure using 76 kg for 6 reps Db row - 1 warm up set with 35 kg for 11 reps and one set to failure using 50 kg for 8 reps Wide grip cable row - 1 warm up set with 43.5 kg for 12 reps and one set to failure using 70.8 kg for 8 reps Dead lifts from jus below the knee - 1 warm up set using 100 kg for 12 reps and one set to failure using 180 kg for 11 reps All reps using a slow negative as to keep constant tension on the targeted muscle group leaving me very tired and fatigued by the end .
