So...lesson of the day... people who cling to money like it means everything, lack the personality to have friends who enrich their lives. You can only focus on one or the other... you can be responsible with your money but if you think your money defines you then you lack the mind frame to make or keep friends worth the time and effort anyways. Kind of sad actually. When Crystal and I were struggling more than we could handle we had friends, and why? because we put them up rather than shut them down. I would not have wanted any other way. Since we moved back to Dallas, all those people we keep in touch with, all those people whos story we shared, they are now coming back into our lives physically in a manner that compliments the level of spiritual and emotional effort they and we put forward.
