So lets gab about depression and anxiety. (Thought this would be relevant, since in 6 days the moving truck will be at my front door, and in 14 days I will live in a new State). Basic anxiety and depression is easy. Citrus Bliss, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, Elevate…… But what if its a bit more than basic? I think the body needs a basic foundation of health with the LLV, a good diet, and some exercise. With that, I like Frankincense added under the tongue in the morning and again in the afternoon. As a booster, Citrus Bliss is my favorite. One drop rubbed on the insides of the wrists as needed, probably every few hours or so. These are my thoughts, but I am very interested in any other experiences out there. Please contribute!!
