So lets talk food! We pretty much eat way more carbs than we need, and if we eat lots of processed food there carb content will be higher. When I want looser-fitting clothes, I reduce the amount of bread, pasta, potatoes and rice I eat. Its THAT simple! The tricky bit is knowing what to eat instead so that you still feel full (satisfied youve eaten enough). Eggs are great. As is Greek Yoghurt. And they are quick and easy snacks too… Ive just been shopping and instead of buying pasta, rice etc Ive bought: Meat - chicken, lamb, chorizo, salami, beef etc Berries - strawberries, raspberries, grapes Nuts - pecan and brazil Cheeses Salad stuff - peppers, lettuce, tomatoes Eggs Greek Yoghurt Veg - Onions, Green Beans, Carrots, Parsnips, Spinach and Aubergine Ill be sharing recipes each day but to give you some ideas, little ingredients like chillis, olives, capers, celery etc ALL add interesting and different flavours to your veg & meat so you dont get bored!
