So many crazy things happened and are happening right now as we speak. One ferry sunk in Korea, flights crashed, Israel/Palestine things and the Ferguson. I personally got so upset to the fact that people simply dont respect each other and dont care about each other. But more than that, I got mad at myself that Im just a writer/composer who dont have ANY power to change ANYTHING. Writing music is all I got. And Ive been forgotten why I even started writing songs at the very very beginning. Communication through music, giving love, caring through music without any cultural and language barriers. This is one and only thing I got. So I chose to write again instead going somewhere and joining some kind of activist groups. Then, this came. MAKE IT BETTER. Cant change anything by myself, but with YOU, it will be different. We may be able to change something. 공연의 나의 마지막 멘트와 마지막곡 MAKE IT BETTER. 끝도없이 터지는 사건사고와 죽음으로 어디론가 뛰어들어 사람을 구하지 않으면 내 삶이 너무도 쓸모없는 그저 낭비인것만 같았다. 그렇게 방법을 찾다 다시 돌아온 곳이 나의 초심이고 음악이었다. 내 정도 수준밖에 안되는 영어라면 누구보다 쉬운 가사일테고, 할 줄 아는게 곡쓰는 일 밖에 없으니. 마이너에 아웃사이더인 나로 하여금 이 노래를 쓰게 하신 이유가 있을거라 믿는다. 혼자는 안된다. 같이.. 세상을 조금이라도 바꾸고 싶다.
