So many nations have treated the problem of rape with kid gloves,it is not unusual for rape victims to be further victimised by police and judicial authorities,the judiciary needs to award tougher sentences to pertrators of rape,they should not be easily released from jail as is the practice for nations[Including Uganda],Legislators should consider a life sentence for rapists,the idea of giving perpetrator light sentence which enables them to get out of prison to continue their violent activities should totally be unacceptable[its the work of satan not GOD].Many rapists,in Nigeria,South Sudan,Democratic Republic of Congo and other war torn areas have yet to be persecuted,some of them are rebel soldiers,others are government forces,while others are United Nations peacekeepers.300,000 women in these areas suffering from the aftermath of rape,it would amount to jeopardy not to bring those who violated them to justice[local communities must understand this satan can use a person to drag many souls unto hell,no matter how many you get to hell,that one who might dragg you unto hell can finally end up unto heaven[recall satan will not have made any single loss].We must standup for Jesus men and women.
