So many people think that dieting and eating healthy will get you fit, ripped, and strong. Several people leave out a very important variable..... A healthy relationship with food. Some are obsessed with dieting methods, some are obsessed with under eating, some are obsessed with certain foods. I was at whole foods this morning and saw so many advertisements on health starts here or gluten free foods. I can understand where people would get confused as to what is right and wrong to eat. We should all really stop obsessing over clean eating, iifym, or whatever diet you cant stop talking about. Get your mind healthy first. Its not okay to be obsessed with any kind of diet. Do whats right for you and what helps you achieve your goals. To much of anything is not a good thing. #balance
