So many things happened this week. Visinel Costel Balans story was published in the Guardian (and some facts that I provided on behalf of ChildPact were quoted). The Black Sea NGO Forum hosted a ChildPact panel that I had the privilege to moderate. A few friends contacted me for donations for Madalina (thank you!). My best friend was awarded a prize for social involvement and I was not there for her. TEDex informed me that I was not selected for their program and I was sad. The efforts that my brother and I make for changing a bit the way we promote social causes (creative spots and theater instead of flyers) have been noted by an important local media newsletter. A dearest friend and mentor had his birthday and I forgot to congratulate him. I was informed that ChildPact has been awarded an important project and it is probably going to be awarded a second one. Such an end of year! I feel overwhelmed. I look forward for the Christmas break, when the house will be full of guests, friends and relatives. How is YOUR end of year?
