So many threads and discussions on cyclists. Why you would want to ride a bike at under 40km/h on a road where 1500kg pieces of metal come past at 80-100km/h is beyond me. Just plain dumb. I propose 2 new laws 1. Ban cyclists from all motorways and freeways and major arterial roads and tunnels. 2. Restrict groups ( 2 or more abreast )to 2 lane roads with a speed limit of 60km/h and under. Everywhere else, single file.
