So maybe you have seen Victors story from the start but maybe not. I look at this photo and cant help but tear up! What a fabulous journey this has been so far. It Started with a decision to become better, Not suffer anymore with the frustration of getting winded carrying the kids, not sleeping well at night, pre symptoms of blood sugar issues, not being able to workout without hurting, and so so so many more. He decided he wanted to be healthy for himself and his family. Its been 4 years since that decision and it has changed our entire life for so so so many reasons. By deciding he was worth it everything around him changed. I am so beyond proud of you Vic for the courage you showed to change your mindset and the life around you! Its not just about weight loss yall. Sure thats what you see on the outside. Its about strength. Strength to choose better when no one is looking. Strength to get up and make yourself workout when no one is looking. Strength to become the man behind closed doors that God admires. It only takes that choice to start the process of change! This morning just tell yourself you are worth it. Because you are!! I Love you Victor Robles!!
