So most of you know about my love story with Chewy. For those of you who dont, Ill give you a short little history. (Well lets be serious, Ive never written anything short a day in my life but Ill try to make it as succinct as possible.) A few months ago we switched Lolas food, and we had just gotten a brand new 26 pound bag of her old food. I contacted customer service at Chewy to see about returning it, and they told me to keep the bag and donate it to a local shelter AND theyd refund all of my money. I was totally blown away, and posted about it on my page. A few weeks later I was in a completely foul mood when I answered a knock at the door and found someone standing there with a HUGE beautiful bouquet of flowers with a card from my Chewy family thanking me for being a loyal customer and for bringing them some business with my post. Again, blown away. THEN a few weeks after THAT, we got a package filled with treats and toys for Lola, and a few goodies for me and Wes with another card from our Chewy family. I MEAN COME. ON. So. Last night I got home after an especially absurd 16 hour day at the circus to find a package from Chewy. I opened it to find this hand painted portrait of Lola, which is copied from a picture we took of her sitting in the back of Wes truck a few days after we brought her home. I. MEAN. REALLY. If you arent already a customer, you should probably make yourself one now. Customer service and appreciation like this is unheard of these days, and for a big company to go out of their way to make my little family feel special is a pretty amazing thing. SO. THANK YOU CHEWY. Now we just have to find a spot for Lola on our gallery wall.
