So, my Galaxy Note died yesterday. It would not take a charge. I have insurance. $199.00 deductible. After proving over the phone I am who I say I am through a series of personal questions as to where I have lived, what I have driven etc....I am told that I need to send in a copy of my drivers license, an signed affidavit and a copy of my last ATT statement to further prove who I am then I will get a replacement mid next week. So, Kevin purchases a low end smart phone for $85.00 and inserts SIM card from the Galaxy Note. I come home and for giggles plug the Galaxy in and the stupid thing starts charging. Should I be happy it is working or sad that I spent $85.00 on a phone with a $35.00 return charge? My Saturday dilemma......
