So my daughter was arrested on paper 11/2. My daughter is 10yrs old,a 12yr old girl kept getting in her face & picking on her,along w the other girls friends. Who are even older then the 12yr old. Anyway my daughter kept telling the girl to leave her alone & my daughter kept walking away, the girls kept following her & picking on her. So the 12yr old girl got in my daughters face & my little 10yr old daughter (shes small for her age) punched the girl in the face, knocked the girl down! The girl ran home & called the cops. Now my daughter (who was terrified) is going to be on probation & has to go to court. She had 4 older girls after her & she was protecting herself. Now the state is teaching her it isnt ok to protect yourself. I really disagree w the way they r going about this,but if I argue Ill go to jail... This is unfair! Just had to get that out...
